Pranitya is a revolutionary move in the ancient Indian art of dance called ‘Bharatanatyam’. It follows the kalakshetra style of Bharathanatyam. This style was founded by late Smt. Rukmini Devi Arundale, one of the pioneers who helped in the revival of this art.

Pranitya is a progressive South Asian dance organisation originated in India, Bangalore and now based in Bern, Switzerland. It continually aspires to spread Indian Art/Culture through traditional dance and motivate the younger generation to preserve this ancient art.

Pranitya School of dance will be conducting classes, seminars and workshops creating a dynamic dance culture in various parts of UK and Europe.
